Phenix Product Updates – March 2021

Mar 29, 2021

1. New Actions

Introducing Archive and New Version actions. These actions will make maintaining wheel design sessions more predictable: archived sessions are always available to re-activate or refer back. When you are ready to make a major (or minor) change to a wheel session, you should use the “New Version” action. This increments the version number and copies the wheel session. The old version is saved in the archived list.

2. Usability

We’ve improved several steps in the wheel design process. Notably, we’ve eliminated pain around the material selection step! Specifically: selection remains when filtering; you can filter on any attribute, sort any column, there is an explicit treatment for archived materials, ability to revert changes, and summary and confirmation before saving.
